Aerobics

Membership in Killashee Leisure Club also includes free admission to the Fitness classes held
in our large and fully air conditioned studio. Killashee offer over 40 fitness class a week including:

Spin Mix:
General/ Intermediate level - For People that want to take the next level on the Spin ladder.

Spin Advanced:
Advanced level for a tough workout. Test yourself with this tough Aerobic and Anaerobic tour.

Fightklub:
Fightklub is a great all over body conditioning class. Participants have their own punch bag which they kick and punch to high tempo music throughout this class.

Circuit:
This class takes the best bits from Cross Challenge and Fightklub and fuses them into a very tough full body workout experience.

ZumbaFitness
ZUMBA Pronounced (ZOOM BA) is the Latin inspired, internationally dance based aerobic workout!!!!

Aqua:
Workout in the water, non-weight bearing and lots of fun for everyone.

Golden Circuit:
Aimed at the 50+ age group, super seniors is a very popular class that incorporates gentle Pilates exercises with relaxation techniques and all fitness levels are welcome to attend.

Core:
Using a combination of groundwork and Swiss Ball training Core is a very popular class and recommended before stepping up to the more advanced Flex N'Core.

Corefusion:
A mix of abs and core combined in a 15 minute intense class.

Abs:
15 minute of shaping, toning to help you on your way to a flat and strong tummy.

ExtremeAbs:
Still 15 minutes of shaping and toning your abs with more advanced core positions incorporated to take Extreme Abs to a more advanced level.

Cross Challenge:
A physical challenge with lots of sit-ups, press ups, squats and tough core & cardio circuit training. Not for the faint hearted but a fantastic fat burning class.

Boot Camp:
Not for the faint hearted, tough fat burning full body workout.

Hip Hop:
This class is structured to offer an intense cardiovascular workout, in addition to teaching students basic Hip Hop movements and technique. The class is ideal for students looking to tone muscles, achieve weight loss and/or increase stamina, all while indulging in a fun-filled dance activity that avoids the monotony of traditional cardio training.

Kettlebells:
Kettlebells is a new class that is taking the fitness industry by storm. They are iron weights that utilize all your core muscles. This class will burn fat quickly, build muscular strength, and increase flexibility and mobility while boosting your energy levels.
