C.V. or aerobic training is sustained exercise involving the large muscle groups. This exercise should increase the heart rate to a designated range called the target heart range or exercise range. Some good examples of C.V. fitness activities include cycling, runnning rowing and walking, all of which are catered for with Killashee’s top of the range Precor Equipment.

There are 6 large Plasma Screens located in front of the Cardio equipment that allows members to watch and listen to a variety of stations with there own personal headset.
