Adult Group Swimming Lessons

Performance Training

* Course Duration - 7 Weeks
* Course Fees - €100 for Killashee members only

Monday April 29th
* 7am - 8am - Every Monday from April 29th for 7 weeks
* 7am - 8am - Every Wednesday from May 1st for 7 weeks
* 7am - 8am - Every Friday from May 3rd for 7 weeks

Total of 21 sessions for €100, less than €5 per session.
Small group semi PT training on the gym floor with guaranteed and fantastic results so far on every Performance Training Programme.

Maximum of 9 places, book early to avoid disappointment.

(Pilates using our new stretching bar in our large aerobics studio, focussing on toning the lower body including legs, thighs and glutes. Incorporates great flexibility and some ballet techniques)

Insaniti:

Very high intensity class with interval training techniques! Low rest periods to keep a high heart rate. Full body workout using explosive plyometric movements, improving muscular strength and endurance! This class will burn an INSANE amount of calories.. So be prepared

Spin Mix:

General/ Intermediate level - For People that want to take the next level on the Spin ladder.

Spin Max:

Advanced level for a tough workout. Test yourself with this tough Aerobic and Anaerobic tour.

Fightklub:
Fightklub is a great all over body conditioning class. Participants have their own punch bag which they kick and punch to high tempo music throughout this class.
** Please Note you will require boxing mits or gloves to attend this class. First Stop Sports Nutrition in Naas town supply them at a discounted rate to members in Killashee Leisure Club **

Circuit:
This class takes the best bits from Cross Challenge and Fightklub and fuses them into a very tough full body workout experience.

ZumbaFitness
ZUMBA Pronounced (ZOOM BA) is the Latin inspired, internationally dance based aerobic workout!!!!

Aqua:
Workout in the water, non-weight bearing and lots of fun for everyone.

Golden Circuit:
Aimed at the 50+ age group, super seniors is a very popular class that incorporates gentle Pilates exercises with relaxation techniques and all fitness levels are welcome to attend.

Abs Blast:
15 minute of shaping, toning to help you on your way to a flat and strong tummy.

Extreme Body Shock & Body Shock:
A physical challenge with lots of sit-ups, press ups, squats and tough core & cardio circuit training. Not for the faint hearted but a fantastic fat burning class. Expect few rest periods and tough anerobic training drills to push your limits.

Kettlebells:
Kettlebells is a new class that is taking the fitness industry by storm. They are iron weights that utilize all your core muscles. This class will burn fat quickly, build muscular strength, and increase flexibility and mobility while boosting your energy levels.

B.L.T:
Bums, Legs & Tums - focusing on those major muscle groups, mainly through ground work on mats in our studios. BLT will tone, strenghten and shape those areas that we know you love to work on.

Body Bar:
In this class everyone has a barbell with a selection of weights. The instructor will bring you through a host of exercises using the bar including squats, lunges, bicep curls, tricep dips etc. It’s a great overall body workout. Body Bar Adv takes that class to a new level introducing more difficult exercises and heavier weights.

T.I.F:
Tummy Intense Friday - The secrets in the name on this one. Finish the week off with a tough ABS class to set you up for the weekend ahead.
