Lenny is running a new morning Performance Training course starting on August 2nd.

This will be a 4 week course where week 1 will run on Tuesday August 2nd, Wednesday August 3rd and Friday August 5th. The remaining 3 weeks will run as normal on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

Time is 7am to 8am as normal with a small group training on the gym floor and in our studio utilising our new TRX rig!

Performance Training for those new to the course combines high intensity interval cardio with weights based exercises for a full body total workout that builds strength, endurance and increases fitness.

Places are very limited and taken with payment on a first come first served basis at our reception.
