Running Club (Paid Course)
Running club with Stephen is back for 2019. This is an outdoor course aimed predominantly at beginner level runners. This course is ideal for anyone wanting to improve their fitness while exercising outdoors and aimed at improving your cardio fitness in a fun, engaging and social atmosphere.
** NB: You will be running outdoors so please remember to wear appropriate running gear and reflective clothing and bring enough water for a 1 hour session.
