Performance Training in Killashee is a fantastic way to boost your existing training or kick start a new programme. Running for 7 week’s, 3 mornings per week of Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7-8am. Performance Training caters to just 9 people per session and is similar to small group personal training where Lenny one of our fitness team sets a high tempo pace incorporating weights and high intensity interval based cardio to guarantee an incredible workout and fantastic results. This course books out consistently and is hugely popular with members of Killashee. The cost is €100, covering a total of 21 sessions so is superb value for money at less than €5 per session!
