Karolina and her team from Soul Pilates run and operate our very successful Pilates programmes in Killashee. She caters to beginners, improvers and speciality Roll & Release options. Performance Training

Performance Training is a paid for course run by Lenny Havens. You have 2 course options of mornings from 6:40am to 7:40am every Monday, Wednesday & Friday or evenings every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
