Performance Training is an excellent way to get in shape and benefit from small group personal training. It incorporates high intensity interval cardio with body weight exercises for a full overall body workout that will push your fitness levels and get you great results. The intimate nature of the small groups means that you get lots of attention from Lenny and can all progress together each week as a group. We find a huge amount of participants re-book continually to enjoy these sessions all year.
